Ready to code for something that matters?
The Software Engineering Program built with Rover is designed to prepare you for a full-time role on Rover’s engineering team, where software drives the front of design.
You’ll combine live training sessions with hands-on projects that reflect real industry workflows, plus collaborative learning guided by expert mentors.
The Rover Academy will be part of your onboarding process, giving you the tools, skills, and confidence you need to thrive in your new role at Rover.

Who can apply
CANDIDATES WHO have worked in a technical role - and want real, hands-on learning, OR
CANDIDATES WHO have Attended a coding bootcamP, OR
CANDIDATES WHO have completed a degree in STEM.
This program will take place in Barcelona.
Candidates must be based in or around Barcelona.
Candidates must be passionate about technology and about learning how to solve problems.

What you'll get
Diploma
Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive a Software Engineering diploma.

Duration & Schedule
12 week program
Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00 (CET).
From January to April 2026
Job Placement
Full-time position at Rover offices in Barcelona.
Fully funded
The Academy is funded by Rover covering 100% of the training program.

How does the selection process work
1. Apply through this form.
Applications are reviewed by allWomen on a rolling basis. We'll contact you once we review it.
2. Personal interview
We’ll have a personal interview with allWomen's team to get to know you, understand your goals, and walk you through the program in detail.
3. Technical interview
After our interview, we will send you the technical assessment. You will have up to 2 days to complete it.
4. Final steps
Once you’ve submitted the technical test and you are selected, you’ll have the final cultural and technical fit call with Rover
Employment Terms
Once you are eligible, accept Rover’s Offer and sign an employment contract with Rover, you will join Rover’s software engineering team as full-time employee. You will take the Rover Academy as part of your onboarding process.
Please note: completing the Academy does not guarantee continued employment. Successful completion of Rover’s five-month probationary period is required for confirmation in the role.
